February 2022 | Super 8 I-27 Converts to Comfort Inn & Suites Lubbock South
After the biggest freeze in Texas’ history caused the roof and top floor of the Super 8 to collapse, we closed the hotel and decided to convert into a fantastic brand with Choice Hotels. Property is currently under construction with an anticipated opening date in September 2022 (fingers crossed).
April 2022 | TAJ Hospitality Partners with Revenue Management Consultant, Kriya RevGEN
Kriya RevGEN actively managed revenue for the Aloft by Marriott Lubbock and now manages our entire portfolio.
May 2022 | TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lubbock Closes for Renovations
Renovations will be complete by January 2023.
